During sterilization， temperatures and flow is controlled by the PCS. These temperatures have to reach at least 121 °C minimum for 20 min.
在杀菌（SIP ）期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS 控制。杀菌温度必须达到至少121 °C 并且保持20分钟。
At the end of the sterilization process it is necessary to reset the step sequence with the blue button on the PCS (end phase).
在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤，

The preparation of production includes the following: 生产准备包括如下步骤：
- Take out the rinser CIP caps (manually) 取下冲瓶机CIP 洗杯（人工） - Take out the filler CIP caps 取下灌注机CIP 洗杯 - Preparation of PAA PAA准备
- Disinfection of the filler Bloc 无菌空间消毒
- Fill up the filler with sterile product from Tetra-Pak 用Tetra-Pak 系统提供的无菌产品充满注入机（环缸）

An outside alkaline cleaning (COP) will start. 外部碱清洗（COP ）将开始
After the COP is finished it is necessary to remove the CIP caps of the rinser. COP 结束之后，必须取下洗瓶机的CIP 洗杯
The key at the filler touch has to be turned to position 1. 注入机操作器的钥匙必须旋到一号位
Use gloves to remove the CIP caps. 使用手套取下CIP 洗杯

After removing the CIP caps returm the key to position 0. and confirm that the CIP cups are located in the touch screen.在取下CIP 洗杯后，把钥匙旋回0号位，
