公章Supplier stated above (hereinafter call ed “Supplier”) warrants that its packing, components and/or products (Part No)_____________________ (Part Name)__________________supplied to UNI--ART PRECISE ELECTRONICS (SHENZHEN) LTD. (hereinafter called “A-RKON ”) and/or its Affiliated Companies or designated contractors will not contain the banned substances, as mentioned below, now and in the future in quantity levels higher than or equal to the thresholds. It is Supplier's responsibility to inform and get approval from A-RKON before taking any action on any change(such as but not limited to changes on vendor, material, engineering, production location)on packing, components, and/or products supplied to A-RKON. Supplier will indemnify and hold A-RKON and/or its Affiliated Companies harmless against any and all actions, claims, damages and/or costs arising out of Supplier’s infringement of the guarantee under this Declaration . 上述供應商(簡稱供應商) 保證其供應予环雅精工电子（深圳）有限公司(簡稱环雅) 之產品(产品编号) )_____________________ (产品名称) __________________ (包括包裝及零件) 均不包含下表注明的化學物質，或不會超過下表指定的最高允許濃度。如供應商供應予环雅之该產品(包括包裝及零件) 發生變更（供應商變更、材料變更、工程變更、生産場所變更等）必須告之环雅並得到环雅的認可方可變更。 此保證由即時起生效。 日後如被發現其任何產品所含物質與此聲明內容有所違背，供應商承諾負擔就此引起的商業或政府訴訟和索償並賠償环雅一切有關損失。如對此內容有任何爭議，將以此聲明的英文版本為準。

(2) ( Surface Treatment)请就表面处理 (化成处理、铬电镀等) 回答以下问题。
