预应力锚杆复合土钉墙支护技术在深基坑中的应用
摘要:随着基坑支护设计计算理论不断改进,施工工艺不断完善, 锚杆复合土钉墙支护技术因其技术先进、经济可行、质量可靠、施工快捷简便,可在施工过程中动态调整等特点而在基坑工程中得到了广泛的应用。尤其是当对于基坑的水平位移和沉降有严格要求时,采用预应力锚杆与土钉的复合支护技术,能有效控制坡体的水平变形,大大提高基坑边坡的稳定性,适用于较深基坑的施工。本文以石狮中骏商城项目基坑工程为例介绍了锚杆复合土钉墙支护技术在深基坑中的应用。

Abstract: with the foundation pit supporting design and calculation theory of continuous improvement, and continuously improve construction technology, composite soil nailing wall anchor supporting technology because of its advanced technology, economic and feasible, reliable quality, quick construction is simple, can be in the construction process of dynamic adjustment, etc and has been widely used in foundation pit engineering. Especially when there are strict requirements for foundation pit horizontal displacement and settlement, prestressed anchor and soil nailing method of combined support technology, can effectively control the level of the slope deformation, greatly improve the foundation pit slope stability, suitable for deep foundation pit construction. Based on south China mall in shishi foundation pit engineering project as an example introduces the composite soil nailing wall anchor supporting technology in the application of deep foundation pit.

一、预应力锚杆、复合土钉墙支护技术
传统的土钉墙支护方式,具有成本低、施工速度快、操作简单等特点,但只适用于开挖深度不超过5m的基坑,且不能承受基坑周边的堆物和道路荷载,难以保证周边建筑物的安全。结合预应力技术开展预应力锚杆和土钉墙联合支护可有效解决土钉支护变形大的问题。通过预应力锚杆将被加同区锚固于潜在滑移面以外的稳定岩土体中,锚杆的预应力通过锚下承载结构和支护面层传递给加同岩土体,其预应力在被加同岩土体中产生压应力区,大大减少了塑性区的范围,延缓了潜在滑移面的形成和岩土体的破坏,有效控制了基坑的变彤,增加了基坑的稳定性。
