乙酰氨基阿维菌素对奶牛内寄生虫的驱虫效果

摘 要:为了验证乙酰氨基阿维菌素对内寄生虫的驱虫效果,在自然感染内寄生虫的北京润民养殖公司奶牛场进行试验:选取20头奶牛分成实验组和对照组,每组10头,实验牛每头注射0.2mg/kg乙酰氨基阿维菌素,在试验当天、7天、14天、21天、28天分别采集两组每一头牛的粪便,用MCMASTER法测定粪便中的线虫虫卵数量,计算注射乙酰氨基阿维菌素后奶牛粪便中虫卵减少率,同时北京三元食品股份有限公司对两组奶牛所产的牛奶进行品质检测。结果表明:注射乙酰氨基阿维菌素后第二周开始,实验组奶牛粪便内的线虫虫卵数量大幅度减少,而对照组奶牛粪便内的线虫虫卵数量基本保持不变;注射组奶牛所产的牛奶经北京三元食品股份有限公司严格的入场检测无乙酰氨基阿维菌素残留。说明乙酰氨基阿维菌素对奶牛内寄生虫具有很好的驱虫效果。

Abstract: The aim of the syudy is to investigate the effect of eprinovermectins to control Nema.
A 28-day trial was conducted in cows entozoa. Twenty middle lactation period cows that have natural beening infected by entozoa were randomly divided into two groups, the test group cows were
injected 0.2mg/kg·bw EPR, the control group were nothing to deal with respectively, all the faeces of cows were collected in the day after drug administration of 0, 7,14,21,28, then the
numbers of egg entozoa (EPG) in the faeces of cows were determined by MCMASTER tecnique, and egg reduction rates were counted,quality of milk were determined by Beijing Sanyuan Food co., LTD. The results showed that the numbers of egg entozoa in test group significant reduced after two weeks of injecting EPR, but the numbers of egg entozoa in control group have no change nearly all the time. The change of egg reduction rates is the same situation as the numbers of egg entozoa, the level of egg reduction rates reach 95.08% in the end of the trail. There were no antibiotic residue been tested in the milk of two groups. The EPR have a wonderful deworming effect to cows entozoa. Key words: eprinovermectins; cow; entozoa; deworm effect
寄生虫病是家畜很常见的、危害极为严重的疾病。寄生虫病给畜牧业造成的经济损失包括直接经济损失和防治费用。寄生虫夺取家畜所需的营养物,并排泄和分泌有害物质,导致家畜消瘦、衰弱、贫血,甚至死亡,影响家畜的生产性能和品质,造成资源(人力、物资)的浪费,给畜牧业造成重大的经济损失[1,2]。除了直接经济损失外,寄生虫的防治费用也相当高。寄生虫病每年给美国养牛业造成的直接经济损失高达25亿美元[3]。1999年全球抗寄生虫药物的销售额高达43.85亿美元[4],在澳大利亚,蠕虫(其中很大一部分为线虫)每年给养羊
