As an ordinary reader, I venture to write this letter to you about the poor service of a bookstore.
The focus of the complaint is the poor services and low efficiency . Apparently, there is not enough time for me to check the printing errors all over the book. Besides the errors are a bit more than that of the average level. And what’s more, a survey carried out by myself reveals that most people who have bought books in that bookstore dissatisfy with their bad services.
Honestly speaking, there are effective methods we can adopt to deal with the complaints. Taking the rude attitude of the shop assistant into account, it is far from what I expect. Refusing my request of refund is a good case in point. According to the above reasons, it is advisable to reflect the overall condition of the service industry . Without the basic politeness and proper working principles, hardly can we expect to enjoy the respectful service they offer.
All in all, there is still much room for improvement and it is high time to take some urgent measures to solve the problem. I really wish that through the efforts of all people concerned, we
