中职教育校企合作新模式

摘 要 中职教育需要培养应用型人才，校企合作是重要的培养路径。要实现学习、实习、就业的零距离对接，学生、学校、企业三方受益学校应该根据企业发展需求来调整课程结构，要制定校企合作教育教学管理机制。

中职教育的重要目标是培养符合社会要求的高技能人才。为此，需要优化教学内容，采取灵活的教学形式，而校企合作模式，是中职学校行之有效的教学模式。
1 实现学习、实习、就业的零距离对接，学生、学校、企业三方受益
1.1 学校应该根据企业发展需求来调整课程结构
在校企合作中，学校的课程改革应该满足企业的要求，实现结果导向到过程导向的积极转变。因为根据学生心理特点，学校应该根据企业用工的实际情况，注重知识传授方面隐形知识取代显性知识成为发展趋势，在教学内容安排方面要更加注重实践性，应用型知识内容应当在所有学习内容中居于主导位置，中职学校需要注重动手教学的安排，确保学习内容和生产实践紧密结合。
