(Signature).

1. 信头 (Heading)

The President Oxford University England
The President Oxford University England
(Salutation)

4. 正文 (Body of Letter)

7. 附言(Postscript)
可以用P.S.

Dear lawyer Chen,
I wish to express my gratitude once again to you for your generous support and great effort exerted in this legal dispute.
I could hardly express my joyfulness about the victory of the lawsuit, which you are quite aware of, otherwise, would have caused great danger to my future.

Letter of Complaint
Dear Manager,
I am writing to make a complaint about the quality of the book I bought yesterday at your book store, which I intended to send to one of my friends as a present.
However, when I looked through the book randomly at home, I was so surprised to find that there were some quality problems with it. For one thing, several pages were missed from the book, which resulted in an incompletion in information. For another, a few printing errors were not hard to find.
Therefore, I wish to return this book to your store and get my refund as soon as possible. I will appreciate it if my problem receives due attention.
Yours,
Zhangqiang
