It takes to be leading political characteristics such as self-awareness, clarity of speech, keen intellect, and an ability to relate to people. The reason of Jack Ma management team can be a Harvard MBA case, because he always knows what to do next and confidence. As a capable leader, he can coordinate interpersonal relationships and pay attention to employee; let them development with enterprise.

‘Everything should be as simple as possible,’ Einstein once said, ‘and no simpler.’ Leadership is complex. Most people wish it wasn’t, but it is. Because it is, we tend to make it either too complicated to be manageable or too simple to be useful. The success of small firms is smart, medium enterprise depends on the management, the big enterprise success by good faith. Alibaba’s success is not only the charm of ma but also the efforts of his team.

1. Jack Ma’s character

In Alibaba, people listen to someone not because the man is a CEO, but he is right. This is to ask for a business leader must have great wisdom and not use the hands of the stock to control the company. In fact, Alibaba does not allow any shareholder or the investor control it. Mr. Ma said: I think this company needs to disperse, stock management and control of a company by wisdom. In the traditional company, most people do what the manager told him to do. They don't discuss. But in alibaba, they can talk with their superior even though it is the main discussion. They all look like friends; They can issue the opposing ideas on the same thing.

A strong relationship is necessary because it enhances productivity, promotes understanding and communication, and builds self-esteem in both the leader and employee. To accomplish these things as a leader, he establishes open, trusting relationship with the employee. The leader process typically involves altering an employee ’s thought work habits. Since many people end to resist change, a strong relationship with the employee is necessary to create a foundation of trust. When we establish your credibility, it will improve the employee ’s willingness to accept the leader ’s advice.

2.2 Motivate employee

Motivating and rewarding employee is one of the most important and challenging activities that managers do. To get employee to forth maximum work effort, managers need to know how and why they are motivated. Motivation refers to process by which a person’s efforts are energized, directed and sustained towards attaining a goal.

``In thinking about motivation from a management perspective, it is very important to appreciate this point: You can ’t motivate people, you can only influence what they’re motivated to do`` (How to Motivate Every Employee, 1986)

Jack Ma deemed: ``Enterprise has two kinds of customers: one is consumer, the other is employee. The value of enterprises and products are created by employee. Leader needs to help their employees to create the unique values. Not only listen to the idea of staffs and the satisfying basic life safeguard for employees, but also let the employee getting glory and a sense of achievement in the work. Happiness means to let them to have faith and believe they can do something for the company, meanwhile contribute to customer and feel satisfaction from them results.

For instance, Alibaba announced that it will take out 156 million motivating employees in the end of 2010. It would attract and retain the best on-the-job personnel. He always makes meeting passionate speech in the meeting. In the way of career does not necessarily need people have already been success, but a group must full of dreams, dare to struggle and have the courage to create the future.

2.3 Grow up with employee

In the 21st century, the most precious resource is talent, the enterprise must also. The vast majority of enterprise thinks that the machine will more expensive, a lot of people buy the machine time with bargaining. But when we hire employees, we did not want to give them good conditions. If you don't think like this, you must live badly in the 21st century. It is not because Jack Ma was lucky, but his persistence and never showed the white flag to the so called ``winter of internet``. Another is just doing it and never follows others. He did not followed Google to be a instrument, nor did he does like tengxun or sina, to amuse the youth. He determined to help something really practical to his denizen. That is, he tried to do a thing a job step by step, do not be opportunistic.

Since China joined the WTO, launching a lot of international cooperation and making China's enterprises have more opportunities to move towards the world stage. Jack Ma and alibaba has proved that an enterprise's growth cannot leave a good leader. He expanded his horizon by learning and communication with more practical cases and incentive employees more broad space. He invested in staff and believed that the growth of the staffs will bring the enterprise growth. Talent is undoubtedly the most important resources of the firm.

By and large, each enterprise has its own shortcomings; Jack Ma bravely assumes responsibility will be the inspiration for employees and forms the unique enterprise culture. If alibaba keep doing so, it will meet a promising future.
