品质主管的职责要求:
1. Lead the Quality Team to achieve business objectives, manage incoming inspection(SQE, IQC),process quality control (IPQC), final/finish goods quality control (FQC), Control all in-process and out-going product quality and quality control on customer side and aftermarket service.
2. Co-operate with Supply Chain Department to perform quality audit on suppliers and act as a Quality Leader in the development and assessment of suppliers.
3. Develop and improve quality systems, reduce scrap, & improve PPM
4. Provide leadership to manage/resolve quality complaints, gathering data, analyzing root cause, creating 8D reports, etc. and implementing corrective actions.
5. Set up, implement and maintain quality management system according to TS16949 standard and responsible for the annual TS16949 audit.
6. Coordinate external or internal audit, organizing internal process, product and customers’ audit as well as ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.
7. Participate in project management of APQP, Control Plan and PFMEA analysis and provide PPAP as requested by customers.
8. Apply statistical analysis for continuous production process improvement.
9. Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and customer complaint
10. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategic programs as well as identify problems affecting quality.
11. Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting company standards and applicable norms & legislation.
12. Review the quality target regularly with the management team and insure that the targets are on track. And responsible for company system document control.
13. Other tasks assigned by higher management
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science or engineering background.
- At least 10 years working experience in electronics or mechanical manufacturing and 4 years in a managing level. Automotive background experience is preferred as well.
- Possess Quality tools skill and experience (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and MSA etc.)
- Knowledge in ISO 9000 / TS 16949, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- PC Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel (with charting knowledge), Access, PowerPoint, Statistical SW knowledge
- Process control experience, familiar with manufacturing operation management flow. - Good oral and written English.
- Good team management experience.
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- 6 sigma black belt is a plus.
