影响我国建筑业人工成本上涨的因素浅析
摘要：建筑业是典型的劳动密集型行业，在新的市场经济环境下要求建筑企业把握人工成本的现状和发展趋势，加强对人工成本的管理和控制，发挥其最大的效用。我国建筑人工成本占建筑安装工程费用的比重也非常低，仅约占工程总费用的15%左右。随着我国社会经济的持续发展进步，我国建筑人工工资和福利将不断提高和改善，人工成本占建安工程成本的比重也将呈现上涨的趋势。

Abstract: the construction is the typical labor-intensive industries, in the new environment of market economy construction enterprise grasp artificial cost requirements of the present situation and development trend, to strengthen the management and control of the labor cost, develop its the biggest effect. Our country building artificial cost of construction and installation costs the percentage of very low, only accounts for about 15% of the total cost. With the continuous development of China’s social and economic progress, our country building art ificial salary and benefits will continue to enhance and improve, artificial cost accounting for the proportion of the fabrication cost project also will present the rising trend.

建筑行业的工资水平无论绝对值还是相对值均很低。在国家统计年鉴中统计的19个行业中，仅高于农林牧渔业，略高于住宿和餐饮业，相比一些热点行业差距很大。就建筑农民工而言，当前工资标准绝对数值仍然很低，相比国外发达国家而言，我国建筑人工成本拥有更大的上涨潜力和空间，我国建筑人工成本必将与发达国家一样经历持续的上涨，而且其上涨的幅度和潜力巨大。
就最近几年的数据可以发现，建筑人工成本正加速上涨，那到底是什么因素影响建筑人工成本上涨呢？本文拟从以下几个方面来进行分析。
一、从业人数减少
长期以来，很多人都认为中国建筑队伍庞大，劳动力市场供给充足。然而，近年来，我国一些地区建筑行业和制造业却出现了“用工荒”现象，愿意从事建筑业生产的劳动者逐渐减少，建筑劳务工市场供求关系已经发生了很大的变化，建筑业企业只有用高工资的办法来吸引农民工，导致建筑人工费不断上涨。
