The related unbending roll alignments have been calculated and adopted in industry casters. The coordinates of the unbending roll 、the strain and the low value of the strain rate of the solid/liquid interface during the continuous straightening are obtained, which show an ideal results for the unbending processes and can be adopted as an useful tool for the computer aided design. 摘 要 铸坯矫直方式是高效连铸技术中关键技术之一。铸坯矫直技术已从铸坯的固态矫直发展到带液芯矫直 ,带液芯矫直技术也从传统的单点矫直,多点矫直发展到以奥钢联(VAI)渐进矫直,康卡斯特(CONCAST)连续矫直为代表的连续矫直技术。通过对连续矫直原理的分析,运用Visual Basic编写了方坯连铸机拉矫辊列设计程序,并根据钢厂实际方坯铸机的工况条件进行设计计算,得到了连续矫直的辊列坐标及铸坯表面及固液相界面的应变率及应变速率,设计计算结果可以为方坯辊列设计中矫直段的设计提供依据。
