Artificial intelligence is to give the computer capable of self recognition, self action ability, make it more like human thinking closer, independent thinking.
The machine does not have consciousness, unless it can get a non physical thinking, and this is not possible, therefore, the machine never conscious.
There are some views that thinking in the brain, the brain is a digital computer, and the mind is a computer program, this theory is divided into "strong ai"
And "weak artificial intelligence". According to the "artificial intelligence", a computer with the correct procedure can have wisdom and thinking like a human; and"
Weak AI "theory, is that the computer can simulate human thinking, they can simulate the thinking process of a series, such as thinking, decision-making.
However, no matter how well they do, they don't create the real thinking or true consciousness, but can only be "looks like" conscious.
Consciousness has not been defined yet, we have no means of identification of consciousness, so much less artificial consciousness can exist.
