一 风管安装
1.1工艺流程
1.2操作要点
1.2.1风管的支、吊架应采用热镀锌件,下料、开孔应采用机械加
工,严禁采用电气焊开孔或扩孔,支架焊接完后应做防腐处理;紧固螺栓应采取防松动措施(即双螺母固定),吊杆应平直,无明显变形。
1.2.2风管安装,管道与支吊架的接触面要贴紧,并须在支架上
加设3-5㎜减震、耐磨橡胶垫,防止晃动。

1.2.3风管安装应在风管的弯头、三通、四通等管件上增加吊架,
落地、下排风管应增加支托架。

1.3注意事项
1.3.1所用风箱均采用2.0mm 镀锌钢板制作,并应按照中压风管要
求采取相应的加固措施,加固措施详见国标图集07K133;风箱应使用
憎水性玻璃棉管壳外裹双层高强度带筋铝箔保冷,保冷材料密度
80kg/m3/,导热系数≤0.033W/m.K,厚度40mm 。
1.3.2通风空调大系统、小系统风机天圆地方规格尺寸根据设备接
口及相应风管尺寸确定,采用厚度为1.2mm 的镀锌钢板制作;空调系统回排风机的天圆地方应采用憎水性玻璃棉管壳外裹双层高强度带筋铝箔进行保温,保温厚度40mm ,密度80kg/m3/,导热系数≤0.033W/m.K。
1.3.3风管连接时密封条应安装到位,两根风管连接时密封条的保
护纸应撕掉,外卡槽式连接时卡条应连接牢固,不得松动。
1.3.4进入混风室、新风室、排风室的敞开式风管应加装防鼠网,
以保证运行安全。
1.3.5风管端部支架距端部距离不大于400㎜。
二 风阀安装
2.1工艺流程
2.2操作要点
2.2.1防火阀的安装方向、位置应正确,距墙表面不应大于
200mm ,以150mm 到200mm 为宜。

2.3注意事项
2.3.1防火阀安装未设置独立支吊架或设置不规范,影响管道
强度,存在安全隐患。

2.3.2相邻风管风阀的安装间距不符合要求(30cm 以上),影响执行器动作和检修。

2.3.3组合风阀用规格为L100*100*8长度为200mm 的角钢为角码,间隔1000mm 固定。

2.3.4风阀安装前提前检测执行器动作情况,对有问题的部件提前在安装前处理,提高一次安装成功率。
三 风机安装
3.1工艺流程
3.2操作要点
3.2.1风机就位未配风管前,应将风机接口做临时封闭(防火布或彩条布封堵),防止杂 物落入设备内。

3.2.2 风管与风机的连接采用柔性短管,入口的柔性短管可适当 紧张安装以防止风机启动被吸入,并应就近采用固定支吊托架紧固,防止移位。

3.2.3 风机传动装置的外露部位以及直通大气的进、出口,
必
须装设防护罩(网) 或采取其他安全设施。

3.3注意事项
3.3.1 风机存放未按要求进行下垫上盖、分类存放在干燥处,导致设备损坏、污染,无法安装、使用。

3.3.2 风机安装定位不合理,导致风机无操作、检修空间。

四 片式消声器安装
4.1工艺流程
4.2操作要点 4.2.1片式消声器安装每个纵向段的消声片应相互平行,其组件 竖直方向接口必须对齐,垂直度允许偏差为1/1000;消声器前端外缘 应处于与气流方向垂直的同一平面内且与中间连接牢固。

4.2.2片式消声器的消声片的顶部、底部及消声片临近侧壁方向 应与结构壁面结合牢固,在额定风量下不得出现松动或振颤现象,如与结构墙面的缝隙大于30㎝以上时必须采取封堵措施。

4.3注意事项
4.3.1片式消声器进场未进行覆盖保护,导致消声片污染、受潮、 锈蚀、变形,影响消声器消声效果,无法安装,存在安全隐患。
消声器成品保护不到位
4.3.2消声器存放现场应做好成品保护,严谨消声棉进水,及时封堵,以免灰尘进入,影响消声效果。

一 风管安装
