基于LabVIEW的电能质量分析仪

摘 要
本文的设计内容与“接触网工”紧密相关,设计一套测量接触网电能质量的软硬件系统。系统硬件由计算机、信号采集装置构成,负责信号的采集工作并为软件系统提供运行环境,系统软件以LabVIEW8.6为平台完成数字信号处理算法,计算出与电能质量相关参数。
根据现有电能质量分析仪的功能可知,大部分仪器只适用于三相供电电力系统,不能满足牵引供电系统中直供、AT等不同馈线方式下多通道实时采集的要求,且价格昂贵、操作复杂。为满足铁路运输要求,接触网必须全天候不间断供电,且电能质量符合电力牵引的运营要求。因此本文将各个通道采集的电信号进行分析计算,多方面反应供电质量。
首先,界面显示设计,可以显示采集到的电压、电流幅值和频率,可以选择任一通道的信号,以波形图的形式直观显示,观察各个波形的变化情况。频谱图可以显示任一波形的各次谐波幅值。经过相关计算,显示功率、功率因数、畸变等数据。
其次,电能质量分析方法,时域仿真法应用最为广泛,主要对电能质量中各种暂态现象进行研究,电能质量稳态问题主要用频域分析方法,多用于谐波问题的分析。傅立叶变换是电能质量分析领域的基本方法,算法快速简单。这些算法为电能质量的计算分析提供了依据,带来了方便。
最后,程序代码设计,为了显示出表示电能质量的各个参数值,就要编相应的代码,对于功率、三相不平衡度、谐波这些数据,经过多次验证,最终将代码编写完成,成功的计算出相关数据。

According to the existing power quality analyzer function known, most of the instrument is only suitable for three-phase power supply system, can not meet the traction power supply system for AT、straight, different feeder mode multi channel real time acquisition requirements, and high price, complex operation.In order to meet the requirements of railway transportation, contact network must round-the-clock uninterrupted power supply, and the electric energy quality meets the operating requirements of electric traction.Therefore this article will each channel acquisition signal analysis, multidimensional reaction power supply quality.
First of all, interface design, can display the collected voltage, current amplitude and frequency, can choose to either channel signal, the waveform diagram in the form of visual display, observe various waveform changes.The spectrum can display any of the second harmonic amplitude waveform.After a simple calculation, display of power, power factor, distortion and other data.
Secondly, the power quality analysis method, time domain simulation method is widely used, mainly on the quality of electric energy in a variety of transient phenomena under study, power quality steady problem mainly with frequency domain analysis method, used for the analysis of harmonic problems.FT is power quality analysis in the field of basic method, fast algorithm is simple.These algorithms for power quality analysis provides basis, brings convenience.
Finally, code design, in order to show that the power quality parameters values, will be made corresponding code, for power, three-phase unbalance, harmonic these data, after repeated verification, eventually writing the code completion, successfully calculate the relevant data.
