To set up a good teacher-student relationship, a teacher’s behavior is especially important. A good teacher should be patient, friendly and strict. Being too friendly may cause students to become lazy and stop working hard while being too strict may frighten students. And the teachers who take responsibility for his / her job should encourage students to think independently and learn to study by themselves .
However，as for the students，they should always show respect for their teachers and their work. On the other hand, Students should be eager to learn and willing to put their heart into their study. It’s more important to learn to come up with questions and work out problems in new ways.
In conclusion, a good teacher-student relationship can be beneficial to each other, for the students can gain knowledge enjoyably while the teacher can gain satisfaction from his/her job.
